Our Products
Whilst everyone’s needs are different, these examples show you the main styles of box that we offer.
Standard 2-Piece Rectangular Boxes
Our most popular style of box, this covers most sizes up to around 30cm in length / width and 12cm in height. The sides are creased and then welded into position to form the box shape with a matching lid made @ 1mm larger to fit snugly over the base.
Large 3-Piece Boxes
When the height goes up, so does the amount of space required! To keep storage manageable, larger boxes – for a 30cm high cake, for example – can be made as a 3-piece box. Here we make a base and lid as a 25mm high tray, and then the central body as a ‘sleeve’ that can be squashed into a diamond shape for storage.
Cylinders
All our cylinders are supplied with an attached base and a lid loosely in place. We can make diameters from 2” (50mm) to 10” (250mm) with heights up to 40cm depending on diameter.
Machine-Made Boxes
For larger runs of the right-size box, we can use our beautiful box-making machine. Designed in the USA in the 1940’s, this superb piece of machinery runs almost silently using chain-driven camshafts to form the box.
Clear Lids
Really make your product ‘pop’ inside its box with our clear lids. We make the lid to fit snugly and tightly over your cardboard base giving full visibility to the contents.
Printed Boxes
We offer in-house Hot Foil stamping of your logo - any colour is possible but gold is usually the most popular. For runs of 1000 or more, full-colour printing is available.
